We are Recruiting Winter Concierge Staff for Mountain Side & Luxury Chalets 2025-26

If you have customer service experience, enjoy working in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment, and want to enjoy skiing or snowboarding while working, this position is perfect for you.
We are looking for bilingual staff who are proficient in English, and ideally Japanese as well.

• English proficiency is required (business level or higher).

• Japanese is not mandatory, but considered a strong bonus, especially for handling phone calls and local arrangements.

• Chinese language skills are also very welcome.

Our operations include not only Mountain Side, a premium condominium hotel located just in front of the Happo-One Ski Resort Kokusai Slope, but also five luxury chalets catering to discerning international guests. With only 8 apartments at Mountain Side and a select portfolio of exclusive chalets, you will have the opportunity to provide highly personalized concierge services in an intimate, high-end hospitality environment.

The main duty for the concierge/front desk staff we’re currently recruiting is to deliver tailored services to our guests. This involves assisting with check-in and check-out, room preparation and guidance, arranging restaurant reservations, ski lessons, transportation, and various activities via messaging apps.

During the winter season, you will guide international guests—many of whom are repeat visitors and luxury travelers—to recommended spots in Hakuba. You’ll also be responsible for arranging activities and dining, while conveying the unique charm of Hakuba to our valued guests.

Even if you’re not familiar with Hakuba, as long as you are proactive, curious, and eager to learn, that is perfectly fine.

Conditions & Benefits

• Period: Early-December 2025 to Late-March 2026 (depending on reservations)

• Working Hours: FULL TIME between 7:45 am – 8:00 pm, 8 hours per day (including 1-hour break), 5 days / 40 hours per week. (In March, 7 hours per day.) Flexible day-off requests are accepted.

• Requirements:

  • Valid working visa already in hand or applicants who are expected to obtain a valid visa shortly

  • (International) Driver’s license

  • English proficiency (must)

  • Japanese and Chinese (bonus, not required)

  • Must be able to commit to join the company after interview and official offer

  • Must be able to come to Hakuba in early December 2025 for training
