Free Shuttle Service

When using public transportation (bus and train), we offer a free shutttle service from Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal or Hakuba Station. Our kind staff will pick you up and guide you to the property. Please let us know when your arrival time is decided.

Our popular winter shuttle service operates daily from December to March, providing convenient transportation from any of our accommodations to restaurants, hot springs, ski resorts, and supermarkets during designated service hours.
Please note that advance reservations are required and can be made at the front desk.

Important Notices:
- Shuttle routes, destinations, and availability are subject to operational conditions, including weather, road conditions, traffic, and driver availability.
- As a result, the shuttle service may be modified, limited, or suspended without prior notice, even during the operating season.
- Certain destinations may not be serviced at specific times or on certain days. For example, Tsugaike area transfers are not available on weekends.
- Shuttle availability is not guaranteed and is provided on a best-effort basis for the safety and comfort of all guests.

We kindly ask for your understanding that the shuttle service is a complimentary convenience service, and alternative transportation options (such as taxis) may be required depending on circumstances.

Private Jet Transfer

We can arrange private jet charter services from major airports to Matsumoto Airport (for up to five passengers), as well as private taxi transfers from Matsumoto Airport directly to your accommodation in Hakuba.
