Getting to Hakuba is more convenient than ever - contact us and we can arrange private bus transfers or taxis

Airport Private Transfers

We can arrange private taxis from each airport to Hakuba. You don't have to carry your luggage, such as suitcases and skis, its really quick and flexible. We will correspond at Narita International Airport, Haneda Airport, Toyama Airport and others. Please make reservations early.

Private Transfer from Nagano Station

We can arrange private taxis from Nagano Station to each accommodation. Your personal driver will pick you up at the Nagano Station ticket gate and will guide you to the property. You can also arrange for the departure time of the Shinkansen when you return. (However, check-out time will be 10 o'clock)

Free Shuttle Service

When using public transportation (high-speed bus and train), we offer a free shutttle service from Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal or Hakuba Station. The staff will pick you up and guide you to the property. Please let us know when your arrival time is decided.
