We are recruiting winter concierge staff for Mountain Side Hakuba.

If you have customer service experience, enjoy working in a hotel environment, and want to enjoy skiing or snowboarding while working, this position is perfect for you. Located just in front of the Happo-One Ski Resort Kokusai Slope, Mountain Side Hakuba offers the closest lift access, just a 10-second walk across the road.

The main duty for the front desk staff we're currently recruiting is providing concierge services to our guests. With only 8 apartments, Mountain Side is a cozy condominium hotel where you can provide personalized customer service to our guests.

Specifically, this involves assisting guests with check-in at Mountain Side, check-out, room preparation, and guidance, as well as arranging restaurant reservations and various activities using messaging apps.

During the winter season, you will guide international guests, who are often frequent during this time, to recommended spots in Hakuba. You'll also be responsible for booking activities and restaurants in Hakuba and conveying its charm.

Even if you're not familiar with Hakuba, as long as you enjoy going out and are willing to learn more, that's perfectly fine.

We welcome applications from those who are interested in living in Hakuba, enjoy skiing or snowboarding, and love cheerful and friendly customer service. Additionally, those who want to utilize their language skills (English and Chinese) are encouraged to apply.

Period：Mid December 2024 to Mid March 2025 (depending on reservations)
Working Hours：FULL TIME Shift between 7:30 am - 8pm, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or PART-TIME either 8:00 am-11:00am or 3pm-7pm for 2-3 days a week
Requirements：Valid working visa, (International) Driver's license, English (must), proficiency in Chinese (welcome), Japanese is a bonus but not necessary.
Location：Mountain Side

■ Staff accommodation is available for full time staff / private rooms with heating costs of 15,000 yen/month. Meal options available for 300 yen per meal.
