Our Cancellation Policy caused by COVID-19
In these challenging times, we are committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility to make bookings in 2021-2022 ski season.
For all accommodations we manage, we are implementing the following policies:
For guests making new reservations by August 31st 2021 for future arrival date after December 1st 2021 until March 31st 2022, we will allow the reservation to be changed at no charge and no payment will be required up to 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.
In the case of international travel restrictions being in place and Japanese border closures for the dates of clients stay due to COVID, we will allow for greater flexibility in moving stays dates within the current ski season.
* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
We invite all guests who are unable to visit us during the coming 2021-22 winter season to change their reservation to the following 2022-23 season.
Note that as indicated above, you can cancel your reservation without any fee if cancellation made 45 days or more before scheduled arrival.
