Self Check In is now available

Mountain Side Hakuba and each villa have introduced a self check-in system using dedicated tablets.

Each villa (Villa El Cielo Hakuba, NÍVIA, Hachi) has a check-in process that is completely impersonal. This allows for a more private and comfortable stay for those who prefer more privacy.

Late arrivals? No problem. There are no restrictions on arrival time after 3:00 pm.

Upon making a reservation, all guests will receive an email requesting to fill in Guest Information. Once you enter the information of the guest representative and accompanying guests online in advance, a check-in code and QR code will be issued, which will be necessary for check-in.

For more information, please see the information sent to you after your reservation. Guests are required to register their guest information prior to arrival, so there is no need to wait at the front desk at Mountain Side Hakuba. If you wish, our staff can assist you with check-in procedures (during front desk open hours only).
