Our Relaxed Cancel Policy on COVID-19

Our Cancellation Policy caused by COVID-19:

In these challenging times, we are committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility to make bookings in 2020-2021 ski season.

For all accommodations we manage, we are implementing the following policies:

  • For guests making new reservations by June 30 2020 for future arrival date after December 1st 2020 until March 31 2021
    we will allow the reservation to be changed at no charge and refund all deposit for the cancellation (transfer charge may be deducted) up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date as long as the reservation is made by June 30 2020.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • For guests with existing reservations and making new reservations for any future arrival date until November 30 2020
    we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 14 days prior to arrival in accordance with our regular cancellation policy.
